Shipping Policy

  • For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
  • Orders are shipped within 9–15 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal service norms.
  • Trend And Blend is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities and guarantees only to hand over the consignment within 9–15 days from order and payment date.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Trend And Blend follows a liberal cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 3–5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
  • No cancellations for perishable items (flowers, food items, etc.).
  • Refunds/replacements may be issued if the delivered product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
  • Damaged/defective products must be reported within 3–5 days of receipt for verification.
  • If the product does not match expectations or website description, inform Customer Service within 3–5 days.
  • For products with manufacturer warranty, the issue must be taken up with the manufacturer.
  • Approved refunds will take 9–15 days to process to the customer.
