Shipping Policy
- For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
- Orders are shipped within 9–15 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal service norms.
- Trend And Blend is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities and guarantees only to hand over the consignment within 9–15 days from order and payment date.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer.
- Confirmation of service delivery will be sent to your registered email ID.

Cancellations & Refunds
Trend And Blend follows a liberal cancellation policy:
- Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
- No cancellations for perishable items (made to order product, custom, etc.).
- Refunds/replacements may be issued if the delivered product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
- Damaged/defective products must be reported within 2–3 days of receipt for verification.
- If the product does not match expectations or website description, inform Customer Service within 3–5 days.
- For products with manufacturer warranty, the issue must be taken up with the manufacturer.
- Approved refunds will take 9–15 days to process to the customer.

Exchange Policy (Only in Case of Issues)
We only provide exchange options in the following cases:

Product has a manufacturing defect
Wrong item delivered
Exchange Conditions:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Proper unboxing video or clear images are required as proof

Non-Exchangeable Cases:
